You MUST register for the free week trial on the main page to not pay tutiion for this week.
Students will be automatically be registered for the trial classes after 7 days unless you cancel with a studio manager.

. Performing classes perform in both recitals; Jan and May.

TINYS COMBO CLASSES


(Ages 3-5 performing classes)

 

Tiny Ballet/Jazz/Tumbling - Teachers help the little dancers to develop Ballet & Jazz terminology, coordination, rhythm, social skills and confidence. These little ones learn how to take turns and how a class structure works. They have so much fun with creative teaching they do not even know they are learning. 
Dress code: Fitted dance outfit, tan tights and pink ballet shoes.

 

Tiny Hip Hop /Tumbling - Popular with boys and girls. This class helps develope rhythm and coordination along with their own swagger/style. We also work on pre break dance along with building strength and skills through tumbling. (forward rolls, handstands, and kartwheels)  

Dress code: sweats or clothes you can move in + black & white converse hightop shoes.

 

TUMBLING/ACRO & CHEER


Ages 6 +   TUMBLING?/ACRO - Not a Performing class

Class starts with a warm up & stretching followed by core and muscle strengthening, tumbling instruction & spotting. Skill level testing will take place the last week of every month. Students must pass off each level with the instructor before they move on to the next. Levels below.

Class is by skill level not age.
Dress Code: fitted leotard and hot shorts, no shoes and clean feet with hair up.

 

Level 1 - Forward rolls, handstands, bridges, Kartwheels R&L

Level 2 - Bridge kick over, handstand bridge, roundoffs, handstand roll

Level 3 - Front and back walkover, One hand kartwheel and pushoff

Level 4 - back & front handsprings, side ariels R&L, layouts

Level 5/6 - front ariels, front & back tucks, tumbling sequences

 

Ages 6 +   CHEER & TUMBLING - Performing Class

A fun class that teaches pasic cheer stunting and tricks. Uses all levels of tumbling skills with fun cheer choreography and music.
Students get a cheer costume and get the opportunity to perform in the winter and spring recital. 

BALLET/JAZZ COMBO


Ages 6 +    Performing class

This is a fun combination class that is perfect for students who want to experiment with different dance styles. You have to know ballet to do Jazz well that is why these two make a great combination. The dancers learn the difference and the similarities between the two styles. This class starts with a jazzy warm-up & Stretching followed by Ballet, Jazz technique & terminology + turns & leaps floor combos and inspiring, stylized choreography. We emphasize musicality and body alignment. These dancers perform one Lyrical/Ballet dance at one recital and one sassy Jazz dance at the other recital.
Dress Code: Fitted dance clothes, tan tights, tan foot soles and hair up.

HIP HOP/BREAKDANCE


Ages 6 +    performing class

Hip Hop swaggy rhythm technique, and fun stylized choreography. We use new age music that is encouraging & positive. We often teach and use basic breakdance moves and stalls in class.
Dress Code: Cool clothes you can move in, Black and white converse hightops and hair up.

TECHNIQUE


BALLET

 

Ages 5+ Performing class
Traditional Ballet class using the RAD teaching method
This is a fun ballet class that focuses on correct age-apropriate syllabus ballet technique. The class enhances student’s physical and mental discipline while re-affirming posture, body alignment, flexibility and strength. Each class begins with barre and centre work, followed by combinations across the floor and reverence.  Students learn basic music fundamentals while cultivating self-confidence and presence. The Ballet Technique class is open to all students but require for ALL team members. Ballet placement solely depends on what skill level your dancer is at and will be determined by the director or teacher. 
Dress Code: Girls -Black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes with hair up and secure. Boys -Black t shirt, black sports shorts and black ballet shoes. 

 

Pre Pointe & Pointe


Ages 6+ Performing class
Dancers must be enrolled in the ballet classes, take a test and be invited to be apart of the pre pointe or pointe classes by the ballet teacher.
Pre Pointe - Focusing on foundational strength, alignment, and technical ballet readiness. 
Pointe - Focusing on technical aplication of strength, artistry, and repertoire. Students must earn thier pointe shoes, be correctly fitted, and wear pointe shoes to be in this class. 
Dress Code: Ballet attire ballet or pointe shoes and hair up.  

Jazz Technique - (Turns & Leaps) 

 

Ages 5+ Performing class
This fun class focuses on turns, leaps, jumps & tricks. This class is for students who want to challenge themselves along with practicing and perfecting the basics. Students work on flexibility and conditioning every week.  These classes are open to everyone but require for ALL team members. Jazz Technique enrollment and placement solely depends on what skill level your dancer is at and will be determined by the director or teacher.
Dress Code: Fitted dancewear, leotard or tight top, hot shorts or leggings, turning shoes and hair up.  

 

Step Up (Strength, Flexability, Improv & Body Movement) 


Ages 6+ Performing class
This class does not just build confidence through improv but it builds strength by doing new and diffrent hard things. This class is a great compliment to the Jazz technique class becuase we do impliment many technique elements. The dancers get a chance once a month to expand thier dance knowledge with exposure to diffrent dance and fitness styles.   
Dress Code: Fitted dancewear, leotard or tight top, hot shorts or leggings, turning shoes and hair up.  

 

SHOW CHIOR


Ages 6+ Performing class
Sing vocal instruction, Basic Dance choreo  & Acting/performance trainig
These students go to the recording studio 2 times a season (April & Nov) and make a music video at the end of the season. Help them find thier voice & confidence with this awesome one of a kind class!

TAP


Ages 6+ Performing class
These students use thier feet to make rhythm, dance to fun upbeat music and master coordination with this beggining class. The students will perform in both recitals and wear a cool dance costume. Help them find thier confidence and love of dance with this awesome class!
